Terry Taylor

Terry Taylor is President and CEO of AllSouth Renovations, joining the company in 2018 after the retirement of founder CV Oreal. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, he previously held the position as Director of Sales for USG Corporation. Terry has lived in many parts of the country, moving from the west coast, to the mid-west, to the south for various corporate executive positions. In 1997 he moved his young family to Marietta, Georgia where he began his entrepreneurial career investing in and assuming the role as President of The Tight Line Companies.

Terry has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from Pepperdine University. His passion for faith-based mission work keeps him active in his community and church. He is active in the Rotary Club of Roswell, previously holding the position as President of his club as well as being Chairman of the board for the NGO Lunches for Learning.

Terry enjoys fly-fishing, golfing, traveling the world, and spending time with his wife Amy of over 39 years. Together they have raised three children and consider them their greatest accomplishments in life.

Steven Dobek

Steven Dobek joined Allsouth as VP of Construction in 2020.   Having previoiusly worked as a subcontractor for Allsouth for over 20 years, Steven brings his construction expertise and quality driven pholosophy to the organization.  

Steven has been “swinging a hammer” since he was a teenager and at an early age started his very successful subcontracting buisness.  Merging his organization into Allsouth Renovations proved to be a smooth transition as both companies culture shared a “can do” attitude and a “customer comes first” pholosphy of doing bisiness. 

Steven enjoys fishing, working on projects around his home and spending quality time with his wife and two boys.  

Mark Brown

Overseeing all operations of the Mid-Atlantic region as Managing Partner and Vice President of Operations, Mark began with AllSouth in 2000. He holds an Associate degree in business management as well as his construction and HVAC certifications.

From over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Mark knows firsthand what a customer expects. As Director of Technical services and Capital Improvements, Mark was responsible for the capital improvement budgets of over 62 properties in the Southeast.

Mark is a leader in the industry, having served the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association as a speaker and trainer for their annual conferences as well as having taught classes for the Atlanta Apartment Association. 

His idealism has served AllSouth’s customers well. His work ethic and dedication are rooted in one simple philosophy: “Focus on solutions – not the problem.” His ability to see the larger and clearer picture allows him to center his sights on AllSouth’s customers and their projects.
